What follows is a way of describing the work, not a way of dividing it. The conference and the closing night that ends it are planned by the same people, and the show is produced by the team that met your client on the first call.
Most programmes are not one thing anyway. A congress with a gala on the second night and a reward trip attached to the end of it is a normal week here, and it is run by one team under one agreement.
Logistics, production and every country the programme moves into sit with the same people, closed with one reconciliation at the end.

Conferences, congresses, product launches and executive programmes across Monaco, the French Riviera and Italy. We source and contract the venue, negotiate rates on your behalf, and manage delegate travel, registration, accommodation and transfers as a single point of contact.
Production is handled in house. Staging, lighting, sound and set are designed and built by our own team, so the answer to a technical change comes back the same day and no question travels through a third company to get answered.
Venues range from congress centres and Monte-Carlo ballrooms to private villas, Florentine palazzi and terraces above the Mediterranean. A programme can move between all three countries inside one week under a single agreement.

Reward and motivation programmes designed around one group and one objective. We start with what the programme has to achieve and who is being rewarded, then build from there rather than adapting an itinerary that worked for another client.
Activity runs from sailing and coastal drives to private tastings, guided visits and after-hours openings, alongside the practical work of flights, transfers, accommodation, dining and guest communications.
Access is what long relationships buy. A private collection opened outside public hours, a house that is listed nowhere, a table at a restaurant that does not take bookings. Priority access and negotiated rates come from decades of the same people asking, not from a supplier database.

Weddings and private celebrations in all three countries, planned as complete multi-day programmes rather than a single evening. Welcome dinner, ceremony, reception and farewell brunch, with guest travel, accommodation and transport handled throughout.
Legal requirements differ in each of the three countries and catch people out. Civil requirements in Monaco are not those in Italy, and a religious ceremony is a separate process again. You will know what is possible on your date before anything is booked around it.
We source villas, historic estates, gardens and private houses, direct the floral and styling, and produce the entertainment ourselves. The same planning covers anniversaries, milestone celebrations and private dinners, from twenty guests to four hundred.

Live entertainment and show production, delivered in house on a production heritage that runs back to Florence in 1969. Artist sourcing and contracting, show writing and direction, lighting design, sound, staging and set, with our own technical crew on site.
Because the production is our own, the crew on site is our crew and a running order can change an hour before doors.
