What to send us
The dates, or the window they sit in. Roughly how many people. The destination if one is already fixed, and whether it is open if it is not.
More useful than any of that is what the programme has to achieve. Who is in the room, what they are being rewarded or prepared for, and what you will be judged on afterwards. That is the part that decides everything else.
Budget, if you have one, saves both of us time. If you do not, we can tell you what the shape of it usually costs before you have to commit to anything.
What happens next
You will hear back from us directly, not from an account manager the enquiry has been assigned to.
We will come back with questions before we come back with a proposal. A programme built on assumptions is a programme that changes three times.
If the dates do not work, or the destination is wrong for what you are trying to do, we will say so early rather than late.
